The hood relaxed dimensions are 10" wide by 18.9" long.  The opening can be expanded to a 30" circumference.  The black hood use thicker fabric and the color is effective in absorbing sunlight and retaining warmth when working outdoors In cold temperatures.  To change the Full-Cover to Open-Face, simply take scissors and clip off the nose portion prior to wearing.
