Hoods Information

Our hoods are innovative PPE for Primary Head Protection, 100% made in the USA. The latex-free elastic nonwoven technologies and the materials have been globally co-patented by DuPont© and Dr. De-Sheng Tsai (company founder and president). The precursor nonwovens are sourced from the most advanced lines in the southeastern states. The conversion and manufacturing processes are done in Burlington, North Carolina.

Purchases

We provide 30-day terms for frequent customers who repeat their orders multiple times in a year, each over $200. To apply for a credit line with us, please complete a credit application (attached below) and return by email.

We reward repeat customers by holding their reorder price to their last order during the past 6 months. We reserve the right for the quantity subjected to discount price.

Shipping

UPS Ground and Priority Mail by USPS are our standard shipment methods within the continental US.Express shipments can be made upon request. AK, HI, PR and Canadian customers, please call to verify the shipping method and cost.

Upon receiving your order, we will provide an order confirmation. Normally, shipments are made within three working days and a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent by email.

Extra shipping costs incurred when an incorrect address is provided will be charged to your account. If orders can be consolidated into one shipment, we will credit a portion of the shipping charges back to you.  

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
