Dust Hoods
When tested at a flow rate of 1 cubic foot per minute, the triple-layer structures of our Dust Hoods are engineered with a particle filtration efficiency (PFE) of 80% against 1 µm particles, which is similar to that of dust masks. Without a pressurized airflow (such as in many work environments), our hoods can block 100% of particles.
The structures of dust hoods have a hydrostatic pressure resistance of 20 cm H2O, which is useful for blocking some liquid splashes.
